JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –

Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 149th Fighter Wing at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland took to the skies for night operations Jan. 11, 2022.

Night flying plays an important part in the realistic training that student fighter pilots at the 149^th Fighter Wing receive to help them stay combat-ready in various conditions, so they can deliver specialized air combat capabilities when needed.
