U.S. Army North holds horse dedication ceremony

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas –
U.S. Army North hosted a dedication ceremony to welcome two new horses to the Caisson Platoon at the Fort Sam Houston Section Sables in San Antonio, Texas, on Sept. 19, 2023.
The new horses, Bloch and McCall, are named after World War II Medal of Honor recipients Col. Orville Bloch and Master Sgt. Thomas McCall.
